ok, 8 hours of sleep feels like 3 hours of sleep. i was icing my knee last night, and there just weren’t enough ice packs on earth to cover all the parts of my body that need ice. this is some next level exhaustion. and the really scary thing, is that i have been SUPER light on workouts this week!
the New York marathon is in nine days, and i was thinking this morning, that if it were this weekend- i’m not sure i could do it! i feel broken.
i hope this passes. i’m going for a massage tonight. i’m pretty freaked out to be honest.
